Who we are

This website is run by Eleos Care. If you have any questions about this notice or about your information, email oliverwarren@eleoscaregroup.com.

What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, the name of your care home or group, your email address, and, if you give them, your phone number and anything you write in your message. We don't collect anything through this website unless you choose to send it to us.

Please don't include details about residents, their health or their care in your message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services. If you decide to become a client, we also use it to take the steps needed to agree a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or share it for marketing. Two companies handle it on our behalf: Netlify, which hosts this website and receives messages sent through the contact form, and Microsoft, which provides our email. Netlify may process information in the United States. Where that happens, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies, whether for analytics, advertising or anything else. If that changes, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To do any of these, email oliverwarren@eleoscaregroup.com. We'll respond within one month.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
